1. Nature of the service

This site is an independent editorial and educational project. Scores, verdicts and prompts are opinions based on publicly available information and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.

2. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any product analysed. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Pricing information

Prices are collected from public pricing pages and, where marked as estimated, inferred. Always check the vendor's own pricing page before making a purchase decision.

4. Sponsorships

Sponsor slots are paid placements, clearly labelled as such, and processed through Stripe. Sponsors fund the research and do not influence verdicts. Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable once the slot is live, except where required by law.

5. User contributions

Votes, submissions and public stacks are provided by users. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish and edit it. We may remove any content at our discretion.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or decisions taken based on it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Sponsor purchases, taxes and withdrawal

Sponsor slots are sold by Andrea Sacca Consulting SLU (NIF ESB76271824) as a one-off 30-day digital placement, with no auto-renewal. Prices are shown in euro; any applicable VAT or reverse-charge treatment is determined at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store card data. By ticking the acceptance box before paying, you accept these terms and expressly request that the service starts immediately, acknowledging that the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers is lost once the slot goes live. We may refuse or remove any sponsor whose content is illegal, misleading or incompatible with the editorial line, refunding the unused part of the run.

9. Newsletter and personal data

The newsletter is sent only after explicit opt-in. We store your email, the consent wording and the timestamp as proof of consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

10. Contact

For legal or takedown requests, get in touch through the about page and the corrections page.

11. Use of our data

The database of products, assessments, detection records and statistics on this site is compiled through substantial investment in obtaining, verifying and presenting its contents, and is protected accordingly under applicable database and copyright law.

You may:

• link to any page
• quote short extracts with attribution and a link
• cite individual statistics with attribution to EcomReStack and the date

You may not, without prior written permission:

• extract or re-utilise a substantial part of the database, whether in one operation or by repeated extraction of insubstantial parts
• use automated means to systematically download the site's content
• redistribute the dataset or a derivative of it

12. Sponsorship and editorial independence

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled as such. Sponsorship does not influence assessments, scores or verdicts, and sponsors are not given advance notice of or input into editorial content. Products operated by the site's owner, where covered, are labelled as such.

13. Automated access

Our crawler identifies itself as EcomReStackBot and respects robots.txt. Site operators who do not wish to be included may block that user agent or contact us for removal. About EcomReStackBot.

14. Trademarks and corrections
