What to include
- The URL of the page
- The specific statement at issue
- The correct information, with a source
What happens next
- We acknowledge and review every report promptly, and we tell you the outcome.
- Factual errors are corrected, and the page shows a dated correction note.
- Where the disputed content is an editorial opinion, we will say so, explain the criteria applied, and offer to publish your response alongside it.
Vendor response
Any vendor covered on this site may submit a statement of up to 150 words, which we will publish on the product's page, clearly attributed. We do not edit it for substance.
We do not remove editorial assessments on request. We do correct facts, and we do publish disagreement.
